 4. ¿Qué inconvenientes puede presentar que un técnico atienda aviso de usuarios directamente sin usar el medio de comunicación de incidencias establecido?

 

Pueden presentarse distintos problemas, uno de ellos es que puede generar una desorganización, un caos en el sistema. Esto afectará a la empresa ya que tener una organización ayuda al manejo de datos. Por otro lado, afectara el registro que se lleve, pues si llegara a ocurrir sucesos que generen problemáticas, será peor para encontrar una solución y se verá afectada la impresa y su imagen.

 Different problems can arise, one of them is that it can generate disorganization, chaos in the system. This will affect the company since having an organization helps with data management. On the other hand, it will affect the record that is kept, because if events that generate problems occur, it will be worse to find a solution and the company and its image were hired.
