 1.¿ Crees que es útil registrar las incidencias que se producen en el uso del sistema informático?

Si considero de utilidad el registro de incidencias que se producen en el uso informático porque de tal forma nos ayudará, será de un gran uso para correcciones y problemas a futuro. De tal manera que se agiliza el trabajo de encontrar una solución y actuar de inmediato. Ampliando el conocimiento en las áreas y brindándonos más experiencia al respecto.

Además, la acción de registrar las incidencias y ciertos datos a un futuro, nos brindara más organización en nuestro trabajo, llevara el seguimiento de los pasos realizados por si un problema se llegara a presentar, ya se tendría la información.
